Good, but better last year.

Liked: We ordered breakfast to be delivered and they couldn’t get it to us in time for our 7:30am departure, so we had to go to the dining room.
Disliked: We ordered $40 pork chops at the speak easy and they were dry and over cooked. The Bartender was too busy with setup to ask how our meals were. It was disappointing because we had great food there last year when we stayed.

Did not meet expectations

Liked: Clean linens, helpful staff, location, valet parking, pet friendly
Disliked: Complimentary water in the room was opened and consumed, the bath tub was soiled and needed to be cleaned before use, the bath water never got hot, the valet could not drive a manual transmission truck.

Very pleasant experience

Liked: Very unique and great atmosphere. Also the restaurant Toscana) at the hotel was fabulous.
Disliked: The neighborhood a bit sketchy, not safe to walk

Liked: The property decor was comfortable and cozy. Also the speakeasy was fun for a drink at the end of the evening. Beautiful room with comfortable bedding.
Disliked: Seems like you could offer a better rate if we booked indirectly with the hotel instead of going through a site like Hotels.com or Expedia.
