Liked: Clean linens, helpful staff, location, valet parking, pet friendly
Disliked: Complimentary water in the room was opened and consumed, the bath tub was soiled and needed to be cleaned before use, the bath water never got hot, the valet could not drive a manual transmission truck.

Disliked: The neighborhood a bit sketchy, not safe to walk

Liked: The property decor was comfortable and cozy. Also the speakeasy was fun for a drink at the end of the evening. Beautiful room with comfortable bedding.
Disliked: Seems like you could offer a better rate if we booked indirectly with the hotel instead of going through a site like Hotels.com or Expedia.

It was disappointing.

Liked: The Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: They put me in a lesser room to begin with not the roomI paid for. I had to be moved. The phone to the front desk was dead. The lady who checked us in responded with a smart remark when I told her the phone in the room was dead and I was put in the wrong room. Then she tried to act like the reason I was put in the wrong room was because I had used booking.com.
