Liked: Excellent location! Well within walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff, and although it's showing it's age. The room and grounds are well kept.
Disliked: The only minor complaint is the breakfast is minimal in regards to choices and so so quality.

Disliked: The bathroom door it is hard to close, you need to install a handle to the bathroom in room 302 Juliet room.

OK value in the location...

Liked: Central Downtown Ashland location, near Lithia Park. Adequate parking. Corner room windows were nice.
Disliked: Property consists of different properties located on adjacent city blocks. We were placed in 2nd floor room across the street. No elevator. Key card entry to second floor lobby worked but door was jammed shut, wouldn't budge. Maintenance guy helped get it open. Inside area dark and funky. Room was large and plenty of windows but that also made it loud with traffic noise well into the evening. Older room could use refresh and update on electrical/usb outlets. Breakfast was in a room across the street and we did a quick walk through. Unappealing enough that we walked to a bakery instead.
