Liked: The location of this property is perfect. Also, a few nice bars and restaurants within the property.
Disliked: The rooms are a tad bit run down, but didn't affect our stay at all.

Do better

Liked: The decor.
Disliked: Everything else. Where do we start? No access to Valet because the employees where slacking off on the job and I had to park at the Palm garage. No clear entrance to the hotel very confusing and the entire hotel was extremely hot and felt sticky inside on top of that all tho the bartender was very nice he gave me meatballs from the menu that where practically frozen and it made me sick and I tried to get a snack in the hotel store and everything I saw was expired I have never really left reviews but I had to it is terrible trying to stay here it put me through so much discomfort and disappointment do better.

Disliked: $3 for a bottle of water, I booked the option that included breakfast, but no one told us how we were to get it. Then they forgot and charged us for it. The person at the front desk promptly removed the charge.

Price is a little steep...

Liked: Decoration and location was nice…
Disliked: age of the elevators and no ac in hallways or elevators was a little rough. As well as the AC in the room never really got cool.

We needed a get away...

Disliked: The noise of vehicles at 3 am in the morning .

Disliked: Poor First of all, I didn't get the room I booked. The balcony, sofa, kitchenette and bathrobe were missing. The air conditioning was very loud. Obviously the compressor is broken. The shower head was very weak and the water pressure fluctuated a lot. The water pressure system in the house is broken. The floor has a rough texture and is full of dirt. This type of floor is unsuitable for a hotel. My socks were immediately black. The breakfast is poor. On the second day we ordered beagle with butter. There was only one beagle in stock. Very noisy environment.
