Double trouble!

Disliked: They double booked us, even when they were told by the guests who were there that it was still showing as available on booking.com earlier in the day!

An absolute nightmare! Please no...

Liked: Nothing it was of poor quality bits of bed falling apart in front room, it is damp massively in all bedrooms, broken cupboards everywhere, holes in the floor! The caravan is next to a night club and the do is virtually the other side of the caravan he might as well be in your bedroom you can hear it that clear!! It doesn’t say about the noise anywhere!! This caravan could be condemned!!

Disliked: Well where do I start.The 3 bedroom caravan smelt. There were stains on every part of the bedding floors, kitchen, living room sofas and the carpet looked like it had been in a flood and dried out. The shower room entrance floor was being held up by the laminate. There must be a hole underneath the laminate which was to uncomfortable to shower in. There were people’s socks and pants just outside the side of the caravan with several rat traps. We had to leave early Friday morning to work on the hospital and had people depending on us to be there when we got to the gates we found they were locked so we were stuck and couldn’t get out all night. The hosts stated that the key we were given gave us access out through the back gate padlock. This was a complete lie. This is a complete health and safety risk that if something were to happen to us we could get emergency access to us. I left several messages throughout the night trying to get out to the contact number supplied but no one answered. I had a message the next morning saying they were sorry they only just seen the messages left so there was nothing they can do. I would highly recommend that no one books this place for there own health and safety and suggest booking.com to take them of there site.
