Perfect for visiting Edinburgh

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Location was perfectly situated for visiting all local monuments, restaurants and public transportation.
Disliked: It was unfortunate that the main lobby and gym and other were not available for use. This is the only reason why I did not rate every category as exceptional.

A one off Exceptional service

Liked: Amazing staff and location. Afternoon tea did disappoint and a few areas of confusion with the bills and random things charged to our room like dinner that we did not have. Addressed quickly though my reception staff.
