Liked: Beautiful grand hotel and very central. Stunning vibey and beautiful bar.
Disliked: The carpet in the entrance area was very dirty which detracted from the stunning space!

Liked: We had a Deluxe room which was huge, very comfortable and great bathroom. Location was amazing, especially as im disabled, close to great shops and restaurants. Breakfast was served and buffet, lovely. Children aren't allowed in the bar but allowed around the corner in the same area. Dinner in the Brasserie was amazing, well worth a visit with lovely staff. All the staff were very friendly and polite!
Disliked: Only complaint was if you sit near the bar during breakfast they fill the ice about 10.00am which is very noisy and not pleasant when eating breakfast. I did tell a staff member but I heard it the same the next 2 mornings, so obviously didnt take any notice of me!!
