Rude male receptionist.

Liked: The man that checked us in (male with foreign accent) was obnoxious & very rude, tried to make small talk & he completely ignored me. Also had to go to reception 3/4 times during our 1 night stay due to key card not working & he made us feel like we were really bothering him. Absolutely awful customer experience. All other staff in bar/restaurant/facilities were lovely. Would not book this hotel again due to this experience with him & we have always loved this hotel & we actually got married there.
