Liked: The breakfast, the rooms and the cleanliness of the facility and the overall regal and luxury feel of the resort
Disliked: We had neighbors across the hall who were playing music loud enough that we could hear it over our tv in our room , when we called downstairs to report the issue since it was almost 11pm the overnight front desk person who came to check was extremely rude and angry at us for calling her and was extremely rude and angry to the room she told to turn down their music. My wife asked for me to go downstairs and say something to her for the way she talked to her but we decided against at the time.

Enjoyed my annual me day...

Liked: The room service was phenomenal, great burger
Disliked: Needs better pedicure room. Maybe more cozy and posh. Could use aromatherapy in the rooms and the balcony needed cleaning. My mini bar was not stocked in my room.
