Liked: This property is absolutely stunning. The facilities are gorgeous. The service was impeccable. The food was outstanding. If I could give it a 100/10, I would. Bravo to the entire management team and each and every staff member.

Liked: Very accommodating and helpful staff! I showed up two hours before check in and they were able to get us in a room immediately and even upgraded our stay. I let them know it was for a birthday celebration and they even sent up a beautiful plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a handwritten card. It was so thoughtful! The facility was clean and immaculate! You could also purchase spa services, but the regular amenities were excellent. They have indoor pool, and two whirlpools and a sauna. My friend and I spent the whole day there. The on store restaurant was good, but a little over priced. But we were in walking distance from 6+ restaurants coffee shops, and a brewery.
Disliked: There was a lot of construction on the building next door. The noise wasn't a problem but it was a bit of a blemish to the view. When the finish it. It's going to be stunning! The only thing I could possibly find wrong with a perfect stay

Liked: Champagne and strawberries were delish and a nice touch for our NYE engagement celebration. The room was spacious; the in room dining food was delish.
Disliked: The bathroom was not what was advertised. We were given a room with a bathroom that was not marble with a tiny bathtub/shower combo which ruined my evening plans. A few minutes after checking in, I asked if we could have a different room with a larger bathroom but was told that those bathrooms were the only ones available for that room. When I spoke to the front desk agent, I was told that there was nothing they could do to remedy this and did not offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. We specifically booked the bathroom and the balcony. The balcony could also use some work.

Disliked: The hotel staff assigned our room to another couple while we were already in the room. The other couple barged into our room while we were engaged in sexual activity.
