Great spot for a girls...

Liked: Super cute boutique style hotel. Was pretty impressed with the rooms considering the cheap price. A little bit out of the main area of South Beach but still has a few cafes/restaurants close-by. The beach with free bed/umbrella hire was a huge perk. Overall enjoyed our stay and was perfect for a girls weekend.
Disliked: Be mindful that the bathrooms are teeny tiny and there is quite a bit of sound pollution from people walking down the corridors and above you. Didn't bother us but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

Good for the beach and...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The Lobby is sparce and poorly designed. The rooms are extremely loud and not sealed well. Even with the A/C on, the humidity in the room was out of control - everything felt moist. The "restaurant" on property, despite being Mediterranean, was out of pita which was used for multiple dishes.

Excellent location, very near beach...

Liked: Location, at edge of Art Deco district and 1 block from beach, is excellent!Bruno at front desk is superb! Other front desk staff were also helpful.
Disliked: Room had poor sound insulation, and other guests were often noisy at night, disturbing our sleep. Main curtain pull and bathroom shade were broken. Food is not a good value. Housekeeping was slow, and often we had to get the front desk on their case. In-room phone did not work.

Liked: Modern room with comfortable bed
Disliked: Super thin room walls that made sleeping with next door neighbors talking until 430 am impossible

Liked: The place is very nice
Disliked: The AC was broken in our room and no other rooms available. Was offered a full refund through booking.com and we stayed elsewhere. However the hotel declined the refund after I had left leaving me out of pocket. We did not even stay there

Great staff, hotel needs updating

Liked: The young, enthusiastic staff led by Bruno are this hotel's major plus point.Great housekeeping and lots of fluffy white towels.The location in South Beach is excellent.
Disliked: Wi-Fi impossible in my room, ok at reception.The hotel needs a major refurbishment to bring it up to standard.The hotel's photos in publicity do not reflect the current reality.
