Disliked: Room was a bit tight as it was long and skinny.

Liked: we had to queue for about 20 minutes for breakfast on the first day and on the second we were given a table which was far too small for breakfast purposes.
Disliked: We felt the room was quite small for the price we paid

Liked: It’s a great hotel in a great location. Staff are very friendly and I rarely stay anywhere else in london. I would recommend it to anyone.

Liked: We had an upgrade on arrival, our room was amazing, well equipped, very clean, very spacious and extremely comfortable.The tube station is across the road so the location was perfect for any where in the city.There are several eating places on the door step if you opt not to have breakfast like we did.The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: I would be digging very deep to think of anything negative about the hotel or the staff.We didn't eat there so we cant comment on that,

Excellent choice for a couple...

Liked: My wife and I love this hotel. Location is perfect if you love the area, staff is extremely cordial, service is amazing, the breakfast, restaurant and bar are all very nice.
Disliked: No great views from the rooms.
