Disliked: Having to pay one pence on a debit card even though I'd paid in advance. Ridiculous.Very heavy doors which slammed shut. I was woken late every night by the people in the next room coming in late.

Liked: From arrival to departure the staff were fantastic, Fernando David went above and beyond as did Maria and all the other staff. We were made very welcome by all and that is a key factor for us, the hotel is well kept, clean and tidy. Food was fantastic as was our room. I stayed there many years ago but I see a better place this time round and will most definitely be staying again.
Disliked: For us nothing.

Liked: View was superb, Breakfast good although could be warmer, Staff really friendly and helpful. Entertainment each evening was a bonus
Disliked: Room was a bit dated and could have been a bit bigger. Balcony was a good size but not appealing. Needing TLC
