Disliked: very outdated and whoever the man was shouting at the lady on the reception desk after we arrived was not professional didnt need to do it when quests were about the room was very outdated room was cold couldnt move in the shower very small bed was horrendous was the worst sleep ever had in a hotel

Liked: The staff were really friendly, it was chilled out with old school vibes. Lovely meal and a drink, friendly people. The room had everything you need, I slept well. V helpful to have a dedicated motorbike parking place at the back of the hotel. The Meridian place next door did a great breakfast. The WiFi worked.
Disliked: There was loud music from another nearby pub, but it stopped at midnight.

Liked: Location and next to amenities. Restaurant bar attached to hotel were very nice.
Disliked: TV did not work on first trying as cable had been pulled out of wall. Bed linen had a kitchen type smell either sheets are washed along with Whites or are kept close to kitchen picking up a cooking oil smell. Noisy at night with both traffic and car music. No hairdryer in room. No in room phone for calling reception.
