In the heart of the Ribble Valley yet just 9.9 mi from the M6 motorway network this hotel provides value-for-money accommodations for leisure and business guests. This hotel was the winner of Channel 4's hit show 'Four in a Bed'. The light and airy rooms and suites have a modern decor and useful facilities. Like the hotel the Avenue Cafe Bar and Restaurant is modern in design and has an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Fresh produce from local suppliers is used to prepare food which is available at very reasonable prices. The hotel has a fully equipped 2-story conference center which is ideal for corporate meetings. Liked: Staff very pleasant Very clean Food very good in restaurant
Disliked: Breakfast continental, but that was just toast that no cheese or meat, etc. very poor .Only informed after booking as when booking it said Breakfast included.

Not what photos suggest ,...

Liked: Breakfast , dining area , 24 hr security at barrier entry for estate
Disliked: Dated rooms. Tatty furniture not as per web photos , and felt a bit misled in to thinking actually nicer than is. Traffic outside window all night as shares road with housing estate , ok in winter not so good in summer some cars stopped outside in early hours with loud music
