Liked: Breakfast , dining area , 24 hr security at barrier entry for estate
Disliked: Dated rooms. Tatty furniture not as per web photos , and felt a bit misled in to thinking actually nicer than is. Traffic outside window all night as shares road with housing estate , ok in winter not so good in summer some cars stopped outside in early hours with loud music

Liked: When we arrived at 10.45 we knew our room would not be ready but we was allocated a room to use to change in as we was attending a wedding. The hotel is clean, our room was spacious. Tea/coffee, in the room. Continental breakfast is included in the room price.
