Liked: The location,the breakfast,the staff,the regular customers and the Chinese opposite were all fantastic I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to be close to the hospital fantastic value for money,best full English breakfast I’ve had in ages

Not a great experience

Liked: We'd been let down by another property and this was the only affordable acommodation we could find.
Disliked: The room itself was very cold, in spite of the (tiny) radiador, which only seemed to heat up at one end. It was either rusty or dirty. The bed had the thinnest quilt on it, which had been tucked in so much at the foot of the bed that the top of the quilt was about a metre down from the top of the bed. I had to re-make it so that we'd be covered better. The two 'pillows' we each had were as thin as the quilt, and gave no support whatsoever. We borrowed a spare blanket from our son tokeep us warm.We didn't use the shower; it actually looked mouldy around the edges, although this may have been rust. We didn't want to try it, even though the centre of the shower tray was relatively clean. Also, the bathroom was FREEZING, and it looked like something sticky had leaked onto the floor. We had a kettle and plenty of tea & coffee sachets to make hot drinks...but they hadn't provided spoons or stirrers. I had to use my tweezers! Also, when we put the TV on to try and watch something on Netflix or Amazon, a notice came up to say we'd need to top up the payments as there was no credit left. We also tried the BBC iPlayer, but that kept stopping for no reason. I don't think we'll be returning...

Pleasant

Liked: Average place, good for 1 night sleep (as a stopover). You receive exactly what you are paid for.
Disliked: It is a bit far away from the city center. The early check-in and the late check-out which are written to be included, were not available (nobody from the staff have even heart about them). Besides that, everything else was okay.

Disliked: un comfy bed flat pillows no spoon to stir cups of tea shower dirty noisy clientele slamming doors
