Liked: It was warm and clean and very welcoming. The cooked breakfast was a great start to the day
Disliked: There was nothing not to like, may be a little bit out of the centre for some but idea for us.

Welcoming arrival, warm, safe and...

Liked: Upon arrival i was met with a friendly welcome, check in was smooth and easy, and my suitcase was carried up stairs for me (i do walk with a walking stick) The bed was so, comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, the shower easy to use, very clean too. Jesmond is a really nice, safe area and nicely priced as well. Yes you can walk to the city but the Metro is only 10-15 mins walk depending on how fast you walk. I'd definitely stay again, and I'd certainly reccomend to a friend.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
