False advertising, Dirty, Holes in...

Liked: The location is great for a beach trip. You can easily walk to the strip, boardwalk and all food places. The staff was nice, even with me being upset.
Disliked: Is there enough space.....Anyway I'll start with me booking my reservation through BOOKING.COM. This price break down for 2 adjoining suites stated that it included the $100 per stay deposit. I paid for the reservation in full when I booked it, instead of paying at the location on day of check-in because I wanted to make sure the rooms were adjoining. The staff member explained to me that, THAT fee was for BOOKING.COM and not for the "RESORT". So I had to pay ANOTHER $100 to the "RESORT". I called ahead of check-in date to make sure that they were adjoining, they were not. However, the staff member on the phone assured they would be upon check-in and they were adjoining. Let's talk about that for a sec..upon check-in I was issued 4 digital keys (2 for each room). We arrive up to rooms, room 1 key worked just fine, room 2 there was not only no where to swipe but there were 2 HOLES in the door where the locks were supposed to be! ummm... So I go back downstairs and tell the staff that there's not a place to swipe the key. They look at me confused, like I worked there and they didn't. So I explain it again. Then the light "came on" and they gave me 2 actual keys attached to a dolphin keychain! Anyway...I inquired about the location of the gameroom. Yet another confused look. I explained....I booked this location mostly for my kids with the adjoining rooms, indoor pool and the game room. I was told there was no game room. I showed the staff member the details of the "RESORT" on BOOKING.COM and it clearly stated that there was a game room. The staff member stated, "Oh, someone needs to change that." Upon check-in I was given a list of sister properties that we were also able to utilize the facilities at. So I asked if there was a game room at any of the other properties and was told no.

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean
Disliked: Staff could have been a little more courteous, maybe smile a little. I asked for a receipt from my stay and the desk clerk said one would be emailed to me. Nothing Yet WHY? I need that receipt! The shower pressure sucked and it was COLD no hot water but the sink had hot water, ???
