Liked: Location.
Disliked: Under construction for ever and very expensive to stay when it looks so messy and cluttered.

Decent value. Would stay there...

Liked: Location and center atrium area and bar are fantastic. Breakfast is self-serve but was decent and just what I needed. Room and bed were great.
Disliked: There was some construction going on but it didn't bother me. Had to go to the second floor for ice. Wish it had a hot tub by the pool area.

Liked: There was a nice breakfast area, a pool and only a short walk the the river and the city.
Disliked: The hotel is a construction area (and that’s not said on booking.com), the bathroom did not work well (toilet tank, sink) AC/fan was loud

Liked: Perfect location close to very walkable downtown. Clean lobby and room.
Disliked: HVAC was loud. We bought a fan to drown it out for our second night. The bar did not exist.
