Liked: the daily breakfast included was great and the location of the hotel being so close to the beach!
Disliked: the surprise fee we had checking in as we were not informed they only processed the first night stay of the original purchase when we booked. We also had a friendly pigeon on our balcony that decided to use it as a daily bathroom....

We had a King suite...

Liked: Orange juice. No decaf tea
Disliked: Very crowded and noisy. I could not open couch bed. I discussed this w staff. My adult daughter had to sleep on couch..very uncomfortable. I informed 3 staff members and they apologized giving me a credit of $39 resort fee.This was an insult and very condescending. We had a terrible evening after returning from a late dinner in Delray. I expected a full night credit after such an unpleasant stay. No staff cared about making up the sofa sleeper. Opal should have given me a full credit especially since front desk staff at check/in encouraged us to take this more expensive option with a non-functional bed. It was not a good experience and I think management was only concerned about filling all the rooms.
