The room and amenities were all very good for the length of our stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had a hard time getting the right setting for the hot water in the shower.

Liked: There wasn’t much to dislike! It was April so the motel was quiet. They upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise! I wish they would have turned the heat on before our arrival as it was really cold in the room! Other than that, and I am a huge hotel/motel snob, I was very happy with our room. It is Hampton Beach, which is not known for its “luxury hotels” and knowing that, I would stay there again!

Disliked: There is no elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor.

Liked: The location was great. Easy access to walk on the beach.
Disliked: The parking was terrible. If you had to park near the back there wasn’t enough room to park an SUV. Thankfully there were a couple of empty spots otherwise we would not have been able to get in or out. It was still very difficult. There was no lighting in the parking lot.
