Liked: Spacious room, clean, comfortable. Great location and welcoming staff who were helpful in suggesting parking options for me.
Disliked: Only valet parking, which was a lot more than what booking.com states on the listing. Other parking options available nearby.

Liked: Loved the jacuzzi soaking tub! The bed was very comfortable. Liked the sofa & accent chairs. The afternoon tea on Saturday was very nice.
Disliked: Their breakfast didn’t have eggs or toast/croissants/bagels. I appreciated the fruit, yogurt, coffee & to go bag.

Disliked: Room was very cold and drafty, heat would not warm up room. Hot water was lukewarm . Included breakfast was fruit, yogurt and a couple of pastries. Extra fee for historical preservation

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location and a cool boutique like hotel. It is an older building with lots of character. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and a great location close to Sundance Square and the Convention Center. Love the many food and entertainment options in short walking distance
Disliked: The only thing I wasn’t expecting is the $55/night valet charge. There are some garages blocks away but no self parking at this location.
