nice location, but likely will...

Liked: The car valet was not really consistent. And the tipping request by the valet app was annoying. The new hotel computer system really absorbed the front desks ability to check in all guests. Room view was the opposing brick wall so room was verydark

Great location and beautiful hotel...

Liked: It was extremely hot in the room, they were having trouble with the AC and our room stayed at 74’ or higher. They were very polite and gave us a fan to use. We also lost hot water after the first day.

Disliked: The OUTRAGEOUS price for valet parking that mandated a tip and taxed the tip as well! That was ridiculous!
