Disappointing

Liked: Close to the beaches.
Disliked: I am sorry to report that the room and hallways were not very clean. The floor in the room needed to be swept.

Great hotel!!!!

Liked: EVERYTHING….the manager was awesome. First off, when we got there to check in they upgraded us to a larger room due to having kids with us and then on our last night there we had an incident with the sink in our room….the manager moved us to an even bigger room. I completely recommend this hotel every time….GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Motel itself is fine for...

Liked: What went wrong? Deception by advertisement. Got receipt after booking and notice a clause that demanded $6.00 for Amenities. Called them and they said they would remove that from my booking. As you all may guess, they did not. Tried to charge my card on a separate invoice? Had to go thru the process of trying to get it resolved, so frustrating. Good luck with enterprise.
Disliked: Same as above and more, No one likes being lied to and have to send documentation to booking.com for review. Hope they just add whatever extra charges on the initial invoice instead of fine print additions.

Liked: We absolutely love Ashley Inn. I have really bad allergies to hotel cleaning chemicals. Ashley's does not have that issue at all. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and neat. The halls were clean. The pool was great for my kids. The chemicals were perfect in the pool, too. Not too harsh at all. Breakfast was great, too. The whole hotel was amazing. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
