Liked: The shift manager from 3 pm to 11 pm ( i don't recall his name) was a excellent host, very helpful and friendly. He deserves a raise for sure.

Liked: I paid in advance, and we ended up not staying there.the pool and hot tub we're out of order.And six keys later, we still couldn't get into our room. I asked for a refund, and the assistant manager told me that he spoke to booking.com. And that they would give me one. They told me booking.com would refund me, but I haven't gotten it yet or an email saying I am being refunded.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Pool heater was broke so pool was cold and the breakfast sucked, no bacon, eggs, or sausage. One of the main reasons we booked there was so the kids could swim in the pool and for the hot breakfast.
