Birthday

Liked: The indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect.... The Jets in the jacuzzi are extremely powerful... The pool was heated to a very acceptable temperature... I basically come to this hotel once a year for my birthday and this year it was especially memorable... The regional manager Scott made my stay a birthday I won't soon forget
Disliked: Pillows were kinda lame but I generally bring my own... My mini fridge decided to thaw itself while I was visiting

Disliked: Room was worn, bed was too soft. Breakfast was a let down. No protein options, could at least have yogurt and hard boiled eggs.

Liked: The staff was unbelievably friendly and informative.
Disliked: The water in the hot tub needed to be changed very badly. Literally pieces of people's skin and stuff floating around everywhere.

The guy at the front...

Disliked: The room had a crazy amount of ants, and the guy at the the front desk made me and my family uncomfortable.
