Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. For us, the mattress was too soft, but not critical. The staff is friendly, convenient parking and good location.

Liked: The hotel room seemed vintage but comfortable, the beds were in good shape and spacious rooms
Disliked: The location of the hotel is in a very busy party street. During the weekend the music from the clubs, restaurants and bars were so loud that you could hear everything from inside the room even with windows closed. I am glad I took my earplugs, that helped to cancel a bit of the noise but still it wasn’t fully comfortable, because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all!!! I stayed with my dog and had to walk him early in the morning but the street where the hotel is looked like the after of battlefield full of drunk people sleeping on the floor, leftovers of food, broken glass and even human throw up. I will never ever consider coming back to this hotel and I really hope anybody that is planning to stay here read all the reviews and get information about the location.

Liked: property was quite dated, yet in a pleasant classy English way.
Disliked: my problem here is that I’m unsure if it’s worth the price. the gym and sauna facilities were adequate when opened, as the opening and closing times were quite tight. my even bigger problem here is that the location of the hotel has a lot of nightclubs, and as you can imagine, creates a lot of noise. while I understand that it’s not the hotel’s discretion to make this clear, I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the weekend.
