A lovely hotel with welcoming...

Liked: The size of the bathroom was reasonable large which was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Also had tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was nice. The location is just right if you want to visit Littlehampton and the staff were lovely and welcoming when we arrive.
Disliked: The TV wasn't working that well. It was glitching and couldn't watch anything. There was a dirty mug and tea spoon that was left in the room when we arrived.

Very central and a lovely...

Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights whils visiting family. A very central/good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the family meal that was booked for the Tuesday evening. would definately book again when next visiting family in Littlehampton.
Disliked: The only negative was the shower. Had to wait quite a while for the water to eventually come hot enough to take a shower. I bordered on getting dressed to notify staff when the water eventually started to feel as if it was starting to heat up. once it reached temperature the shower was very nice. Tip, allow an extra few minutes for water to run hot when allowing time to get ready lol.

Disliked: The room was quite small and up a lot of steep steps, but it was reasonably comfortable.
