Enjoyable stay!

Liked: the hot breakfast was awesome. Lots to choose from plus gluten free was available as well. The bed was sooo comfortable and the room was dark at night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Billed multiple times

Liked: The room was nice and the accommodation was in an ideal location but we have been charged an extra 1000 dollars for the 2 nights that still hasn't been resolved completely. When arriving we were charged for the room for a second time (although we had already paid through booking.com) then billed 250 dollars for pet and deposit. When trying to resolve the overpayment at check out we were then billed for the room a third time. We instantly got the third payment back to us but they had charged us again the pet fee for the room. We were then assured that the amounts were correct and we had money headed back to us. It was been over 2 weeks and we are still missing 500 dollars.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were so unique in decoration. Breakfast was fantastic. Close walk to all of downtown
Disliked: Parking lot is small, with first come first serve parking. However, free lot nearby (short walk)
