We stayed on the way...

Liked: We were running late and it was so hot. It was lovely to find the air-conditioning turned on for us , it was so cool
Disliked: Room is of an older style but one of the neater of the rooms we stayed at on the road east to west.I or code for the wifi would be good password was long and complicated, great for a password not easy for old eyes. Second stay wifi wasn't available on our list of available connections.

Liked: Great dog friendly room. Close to town. Clean and comfortable stay. Hotel lady was lovely and the 24hr key box is great!!

Liked: Great size room, everything was great for our one night stay. Key drop box for arrival/check in was an excellent system.

Very pleasant once we were...

Disliked: Confusion on arrival. The office was not staffed. An email told us to go across the road to the Broken Hill Tourist Lodge, 100 Argent St, where the office will be open. It was closed. I rang the number on the email. There was a recorded message that they were not available. Fortunately they rang back after a few minutes and said that I needed to put in my phone number into the contactless key box and we would get our key. That worked and the room was so good we forgot about the inconvenience. We just needed that information on the email.
