Disliked: Bed and pillow were very poor. Overhead shower head is inconvenient

We would stay there again.

Liked: It was well priced, close to the mall and with a lot of nearby restaurants.
Disliked: On our first night, we were locked out in the early evening because there was only one person at the front desk who had to leave to go do something in the basement, and had locked the door. I understand that one has to be careful regarding an unwatched entrance, but that night was pretty cold and we had no idea if someone would be coming back. After about five minutes they did. A sign on the door would’ve been helpful.

Liked: A good hotel, well located in the downtown. The check-in was fast.
Disliked: Old style Small room.

Good location, bad accommodation

Liked: The location of the property was great walking distance to a lot of different highlights of DC
Disliked: There was an air conditioning/heating until that was extremely loud all throughout the day and night. There was also mold on the shower head and no drawers to put clothes in, just a closet with a few hangers.
