Liked: Staff were amazing so helpful we were tired from travelling all night they accommodated us with an early check in

Location great, clean and basic.

Liked: The location is great. Only a few min walk to Anfield. Hotel is clean. Beds were alright - slept good. Room was clean. Shower/bathroom good and newish. Very happy to have a window in the room.
Disliked: Very small walkways and our room was tiny. (Smaller than others on the top floor) I asked if our room was a double deluxe like ordered and reception said yes that all rooms are double deluxe. I just found it strange that ours was smaller than others yet we paid the same. The sink was leaking water every time we used it.Other than that it was okay for 1 night.

Liked: Was welcomed the second we arrived, the staff member (I didn’t catch her name) was really lovely and helpful letting us know what was going on in the city. The hotel was spotless and was given a room with a great painting of Gerrard passing the captaincy to Henderson. I will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone who travels to Anfield!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Liked: Me and my daughter stayed for one night as we were having a stadium tour of anfield.Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.Room was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Liked: Right, so the room was very small, but as someone who was travelling alone it was perfectly fine. Room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the woman who checked me in. Great walking distance from Anfield and Goodison Park too!
Disliked: The family in the neighboring room were very noisy.
