My absolute favourite hotel in...

Liked: Parking was conveniently located across from the hotel. The lobby area was beautifully designed and there were lots of convenient services (cafe, barbershop, restaurant). The rooms were gorgeous, with shutters on the windows that let in a lot of light but still maintain privacy. There were light switched on either side of the bed that controlled all the lights in the room. The washrooms were large, clean, and bright.
Disliked: Arriving was a little confusing; from the street and with the winter enclosure, it wasn't obvious where the door to the hotel was.The washroom doesn't have a lot of counterspace but there's lots of under-sink storage.

Disliked: No room service - fora 4 star hotel I expect room service.

Liked: Room was nice, location convenient.
Disliked: Confusing entrance, no welcome, food & service a bit poor, just not as good as expected

Comfortable hotel in the heart...

Liked: In a good location at a good price with parking options. The room is as nice and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not use the restaurant but it seemed large and inviting with may people there at lunch time when we arrived.
Disliked: A coffee maker in the room would be nice
