It’s hard to find a good hotel in downtown Toronto - the right price with good amenities and fresh decor. This hotel fits the bill. We enjoyed the meals at the restaurant as well so we didn’t have to go anywhere else for good food. In February, this was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable in the room was a good size.

Disliked: Heat goes off when you leave room and takes ages to warm up. Breakfast should be included.

Liked: Definitely left my phone charger in the room and housekeeping said they couldn’t find it so don’t leave anything of value behind. It’s was just a charger thank god.

Liked: The location is perfect. You can walk to ROM or go to other place by underground. There is a station nearby. Housekeeping clean the room everyday. We did not taste the breakfast, so we have no comment on that.

Liked: Fantastic location.The food vouchers for breakfast were excellent. The Constantine restaurant is excellent.
Disliked: The a/c unit did not seem to do anything. It was as if the thermostat was a practical joke.
