Liked: Staff were incredible, restaurant great food and outstanding service. Breakfast fabulous hats off to the chefs. Staff at breakfast warm and friendly. Great location, great value for money.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. free parking at the door. Room had everything I needed,
Disliked: I received several emails from the hotel, perhaps a bit excessive but not one mentioned that the spa/pool was closed.I had a conference in Perth but searched and booked here so I could use the pool/spa. I added an hour to my return journey for nothing. I get that things happen, just not happy at not being informed before payment was taken or when I arrived. I only found out when I asked and the response & attitude I got was pretty poor.

Liked: The hotel bar and Spa facilities were ok.
Disliked: The room I stayed in was directly above the swimming pool spa area. The room was really hot especially the bathroom.Didn't sleep well and kept hearing the sound of like a large boiler firing up periodically throught the night which distrubed my sleep. The room itself was very tired, although clean enough the wall paper was peeling off the walls and the furniture was faded and old. The WIFI access was also very poor.
