Comfy stay, clean and warm,...

Liked: Nice spacious room, clean and comfy and warm.Good location
Disliked: No one on reception- had to ring to check in and out.Staff not particularly engaging, felt very unwelcoming.The plugs in the washbasin and bath were missing which was frustrating. It’s a lovely big bath but couldn’t be used.
