Suited my purposes. Lacks wow....

Liked: Staff were very helpful with my requests. Staff were clearly embarrassed by the problems that I encountered on arrival (room wasn't ready at 6:30pm.) I was offered a bottle of wine and a meal voucher.
Disliked: The room had no hair dryer and no bottle opener. The lamp base was wobbly and broken. No mini fridge. The extractor fan didn't work in bathroom and the hot tap needed a new washer.
