Comfortable night in a quiet...

Liked: Room was comfortable & the food was good!

Out of town, rural atmosphere,...

Liked: Breakfast: did not book. We only have coffee and a scone.Room was quiet, overlooked a grassy area, with birds, and everything worked.Dinner was not booked. We are vegetarian, and prefer to find our own way.The room was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: We were satisfied with the booking.

Overnight stay.

Liked: Very friendly staff; great value rooms which included breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner - three different meals all of high standard. Would recommend.

Liked: I arrived very late after a delay at Portsmouth, I rang to let them know, and a lady said she would wait, I arrived at 11.30pm, and the young lady called Emma could not have been nicer, she was so helpful, she locked my motorcycle in the yard out of sight, and made sure everything was OK for me,she is exceptional, but in the morning all the staff were so friendly, the breakfast was superb, and my room was spotless, and so comfortable, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Disliked: The walls of the rooms were very thin and I could hear every word being spoken in the neighbouring rooms - this was particularly annoying a someone who snores fell asleep in front of the television
