Liked: The staff are friendly, the accommodation was clean, breakfast was reasonably priced.
Disliked: I liked it. If I had to nitpick, I would say the furniture in the room could do with updating, revarnishing.

Exactly what we wanted and...

Liked: Comfortable room, well located, just what was needed for one night. The contents of the fridge also being included was a big plus.

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Kensington. Short walk to The Victoria and Albert and Natural History Museums. High Street Kensington tube stop is across the street. Lots of restaurants around the corner. Great staff, heated bathroom floors, very comfortable beds and pillow, thick fluffy towels. Love the rubber duckie in the shower. I will stay here for my next visit.

Liked: Very friendly and competent staff, clean and comfortable room, very central and still quiet location. Stylish and tastefully decorated property. I found my home from home. Next time will stay again at The Ampersand Hotel!

Liked: Best location! The bed was comfortable and nice sized bathrooms. Nice decoration and feel throughout the hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Service was excellent.
Disliked: The safe was not working.
