Liked: I liked nearly everything. The personnel is careful and friendly and the location in very good
Disliked: The storage space is ridiculously insufficient.I had to hang my trousers in the bathroom as in the very small cupboard they could not hang straight.I was alone and carried only a little trolley but I filled all the available space.

Liked: Great location and price. Perfect for solo travellers. This is my third time staying here
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Small, dark room, which would have been ok but dated furniture, artificial smell and overall absolutely not a 5 star hotel.
Disliked: Dark room with dated interior. Overall impression not welcoming.

Great option in London!

Liked: We were given an (unsolicited) room upgrade on arrival and that buys a lot of love from guests. Complimentary mini bar is a great gesture too and really helpful for a small costStaff was super helpful arranging an airport transfer very early.
Disliked: There is a kids school playground around the corner so if you want to sleep late check if your room faces that side. Kids can be noisy in the morning.
