Comfortable stay and great location
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything I needed. They even upgraded my room to one with a king-sized bed. The location is perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to everything. It’s less than a minute from the tube station (though be mindful of heavy luggage, as the station doesn’t have a lift or escalator). I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location!
Disliked: Nothing!

We won't be staying here...
Liked: Room was lovely, good location. Breakfast arrangements are nothing short of mendacious so we won't be going to this hotel again. You cannot book a room with breakfast package included. Apart from the 'continental' option at £22 each, all dishes and drinks are priced individually including tea and coffee. So a plate of pancakes, an omelette, a tea and a coffee cost over £40, after an outrageous £5 'service charge' was added. This is known as 'Taking the...' (fill in the rest). Unsurprisingly, we saw people coming in to breakfast, including a young family, then leaving again when they saw the pricing. Making guests feel they are being ripped off is not a good marketing strategy. Not everybody has more money than sense.
