Liked: Loved the free beer and wine in the evenings, free bikes and comp Tesla rides were ace.
Disliked: Only making your beds up every three days wasn’t good enough, using sustainability as an excuse didn’t cut it with me.

Liked: Convenient, on-site parking, excellent bakery across the street, and typically have super helpful staff
Disliked: One staff member didn’t relay very important info and instructions to the afternoon/evening front desk person I had a lot of technical difficulties with the TV situation. It’s way too complicated. They overcharged me in my final bill.

Comfy and cozy.

Liked: Liked the location…close to everything in Santa Monica. Great yoga studio right across the street…and restaurant, Tartine. Ambrose is cozy and clean. I felt safe and comfy my entire 4 day stay. The car service is such a bonus…driver was very sweet. Staff was helpful and professional. Enjoyed talking with fellow travelers at breakfast in the am.
Disliked: For what I needed, all was good.
