Liked: Hotel has clearly seen better days. Our apartment was clean and well appointed, but door, hallway, lift etc show signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was continental, plastic cutlery, paper plates. Guy who checked us in incompetent and not very helpful.

We made it work but...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Old. Loud window air conditioners with birds making a nest in them. Kitchen was completely unusable due to having nothing in it! No pots pans,nothing. Lack of blankets on the bed.

Very good

Liked: Beautiful location, right near the beach. Room very spacious. Front desk staff upon checkin was very friendly, as was the weekend breakfast hostess.
Disliked: Side views of beach. Thought it was going to be direct beach view. Property dated, but comfortable. Knew there wasn't daily maid service, but told it occurs on the 3rd day. Never got service. Room could have used a sweeping, as we were on the beach each day and no matter how hard you try to brush off, sand still gets in the room.

Liked: Very nice location and convenient for funeral/ family purposes.
Disliked: The light bulbs were blowed in the room that never got replaced. the shower didn’t work upon arrival, we had to call the desk 3 times to get it fixed after waiting an hour or so… The elevator was broken, which caused my mother to have to walk 5 flights of stairs after waiting an hour for the elevator and she recently had 2 total knee replacements.. &&& The bedding was covered with visible urine and blood stains, there was no management on duty each time we asked for management and we were informed that Robert the manager would be available on Monday..
