Very good experience overall!!!

Liked: Great location. Very nice hotel. Grrlesr value for money. Very good breakfast and restaurant.
Disliked: I asked a charger or an adapter for my phone, but the staff was not helpful. They are asking 50dollar per hour for late check out, which sounds really exaggerated.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The room was dirty when I entered. All furniture was dusty. The housekeeping was awful. they even did not throw the rubbish. The coffee machine was not working. Although I asked to change they did not. It was very cold in miami and the aircondition can not be adjusted to the heating mode. I asked them to fix but the hotel told that it is only cooling.

Moderate to poor.

Disliked: The staff behind the desk were working as best they could, but clearly were inexperienced and unable to handle the volume of questions and requests from guests. This led to delays in service. Also several hours before it was required, I requested a taxi collection to the airport. It never appeared. A subsequent call to the taxi company failed to produce a car and I needed to call an Uber. I narrowly avoided missing my plane which of course is rather stressful.

A great option in Surfside...

Liked: On the whole a great hotel. We did move rooms because of noise in the first room on arrival and then requested to move to another through a very accommodating staff member. The breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed the pool area. We liked that the hotel was perfect in accommodating Sabbath. We enjoyed the beach where the hotel offers a shuttle.
Disliked: Sometimes the queue for breakfast
