Couldn't ask for better service, from a warm cookie at check-in to free lemonade in the lobby. Room was clean, upscale, well maintained and exceeded my expectations at a surprisingly affordable rate. Would stay there again without thinking twice!

Liked: Great lobby with a nice buzzing bar to one end of it. Staff were attentive and main areas well dressed for Christmas.

Okay but wouldn’t return

Disliked: 1. Sink was clogged and had no drain stopper in it when we arrived. 2. Shower was not that clean3. Starbucks staff didn’t know how to make the drinks and wasn’t the friendliest 4. Front desk staff could work on their customer service
