Disliked: Although I requested room service, upon returning to my room, I found that only the towels had been replaced, while the trash was left behind, and the bed remained unmade. When I contacted the reception to address the issue, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done, as the cleaners were likely prioritizing checkout rooms. This response was disappointing, as I expected better service.Additionally, I raised a concern regarding a clogged shower, but the issue was not resolved during my stay. I had to attempt to fix it myself, which I found very unacceptable.Overall, the service and attention to detail were lacking, and I hope the hotel takes these issues into consideration for future guests.

Liked: Everything! The room was a very decent size for NYC and the staff super helpful. You won't find a better accommodation for a more convenient price in that area. Will be returning soon:)

Liked: The staff is amazing, helpfully and super friendly! The room is clean and the beds are comfortable! But the size of the beds is too small! We were 3 people and I couldn’t share my bed with my son… so I slept very bad… and one of the nights people made a lot of noise during the night, slam doors and talked so loud….
