Fun time in the lower...

Liked: Cute hotel with friendly staff, clean, and great location. Lots of great dining options within walking distance, subway nearby, really accessible.
Disliked: The beds were very firm and pretty uncomfortable & the TV system was very antique. The MOST basic channels and setup.

Great location, but small rooms...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The quality toiletries provided added a nice touch.
Disliked: The double room was too small for four people, with two tiny double beds and barely any space for luggage, making it quite cramped.Service wasn't provided on a couple of occasions despite requests, and the bedding was never changed during a week-long stay.

Liked: The room was well stocked and clean. The bed was comfortable. I love the neighborhood and it was convenient to the location of my business in the city.
Disliked: My main complaint was a constant (30-45 seconds apart) beep coming from the common area of the hotel all night long. I was in room 101. If I book at the Allen again I will ask for a different room on a higher floor unless the issue of a constant and annoying sound coming the lobby area has been addressed.
