Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Overall a beautiful hotel!
Disliked: The rooms are small, which wasn't an issue for us since we didn't spend a lot of time in it. But, something to consider.

Liked: We loved the great location to the Oriental Theater. Everyone was very hospitable and eager to help. The coffee bar in the morning and wine at night was a nice touch.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Location was excellent, walking distance from most attractions. They were able to check us in early which was great! The decor was great as well as the complimentary coffee every morning.
Disliked: I had asked if we could get some waters to the room and they told us if I wanted water I needed to get it myself from downstairs. The room didn't insulate the heating too well, so we had to turn it on and off throughout the night.
