Liked: This property is close walking distance to all the popular sites and is very close to all public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Monica. She really helped to make my birthday special. She went above and beyond with her hospitality. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning daily. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well-maintained. This was my first time in Chicago and staying at this property just made the experience so much more enjoyable.
Disliked: The property was perfect. I only wish that they offered breakfast.

Liked: Large, well appointed rooms with no noise from the city. Location allowed us to walk throughout downtown Chicago close to Magnificient Mile and Millenium park as well as restaurants
Disliked: The $32 dollar extra per night (not included in the booking fee) was supposed to cover two bottles of water per room per day but thsi was only received on day 1. It was also to cover coffee and cakes in the afternoon from 2pm to 4pm - a time you are unlikely to be at the hotel.
