Great location, beautiful buildings and...

Liked: Location, art display.
Disliked: The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to move. The room’s lighting system was inconvenient, as it wasn’t possible to turn on individual lights, making everything unnecessarily complicated. There was also a shortage of staff—when we arrived, there was only one valet handling several guests. We got there before the official check-in time, and the lobby bathroom had a “Closed for Cleaning” sign up for hours. However, one staff member stood out: a young woman at the registration desk with medium-length dark hair and Asian features. She was very polite and helpful.
