Liked: Lovely welcoming staff, little free treats like mini mince pies etc were a nice touch. The room was a nice size for the centre of Dublin and it had good coffee in the rooms
Disliked: We stayed just before Christmas and would have liked to have had a few drinks in the hotel bar but there was no atmosphere there at all so we went elsewhere.

A nice treat in city...

Liked: Really modern, clean and friendly staff at check-in! Love the decor and lots to offer especially the location.
Disliked: Staff at breakfast weren’t as friendly, and was just left to my own devices which was disappointing because the rest of the whole stay was perfect!
