Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The room had no windows to open to the outside, just looking to the other room and inside a closed courtyard. Also next to the lift, hence disturbed by the people coming in and out of it.For 5 star hotel it is something that is not expected.

Liked: Reception staff were excellent and very helpful, especially Carla.Restaurant staff very customer focused and breakfast choices were excellent.
Disliked: House keeping at times for replenishing water and snacks were not comparable to other services. Coffee cups used were not cleaned during daily house keeping and supplies had to be asked for that were supposed to be provided.

Liked: The room was so spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved that the mini bar was complementary.
Disliked: nothing!

Beautiful and spacious rooms with...

Liked: The food is nice but the service is so slow people were leaving without eating.
Disliked: The noise from the lobby and lounge really travels. Young children were in the lounge until almost 11 which made it hard to sleep. Try to reserve a room away from the lobby.

Disliked: Small things but not enough ventilation or hooks in the bathroom
