Lovely hotel but windows need...

Liked: Room was beautiful and spacious, bed had a dip in the middle so not the most comfortable tea and coffee sparse but restocked upon request. Lots of loud noise from people outside window at 1am and upstairs stomping around, woken by the bin lorry's at 5am and 7am, we were how our night was by three members of staff and no response when we was honest, I think it was asked out of habit and not a genuine concern. Breakfast was lovely breakfast team very welcoming and accommodating. Will stay again but would request a room not backing onto the alley.

Ideal overnight stay and would...

Liked: The two girls/ladies on the greeting check in desk were absolutely perfect and are a credit to the hotel and we couldn’t have asked for more from them
Disliked: Entrance sign was a bit small and difficult to find but that’s minor

Very helpful and went above to accommodate us, I was travelling with daughter who undergoing a medical procedure. We had two year old as well. Prompt check in. Nothing too much trouble to her. Really nice hotel in a...

Liked: Bar and reception great.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a bit better - hot food was good but probably too much out at once so not full fresh, and the continental breakfast wasn't great with all pastries a bit old and fruit not the best.
