Could do with a clean

Liked: The property was well located and staff was friendly on arrival
Disliked: The room was not as advertised online and was very dirty, toilet didn’t flush and the carpets were filthy to the point I didn’t want to take my shoes off

Definitely not a 4 star...

Liked: Decor looks good and staff are polite
Disliked: Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable I wasn’t able to get to sleep, the clothes steamer was broken in our room I contacted the staff who said they will ring back in 10-15 to see if they could find another, they never called us back, this is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Liked: Lovely bar, really really good breakfast. Comfy bed too
Disliked: Room was a bit Spartan and in odd places quite dusty, some attention to detail lacking in room cleaning

Disliked: The toilet was continually flushing They forgot my wife's breakfast until I told them. My breakfast was not great and smallPortion for a full English breakfast. Water pipes in room ceiling making noises late at night

The beds are the comfiest...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable
Disliked: My room smelt like damp (which I assumed was from the strains from old leakage all across the main wall), but to my suprise I was awoken by dripping from the leak coming from the room above. All across the main wall, even in the bathroom and down the doorframe. I was moved to another room which when showering I noticed damp rott above the shower in that room too.
