Lovely hotel, great location and...

Liked: Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely too
Disliked: Could do with blinds or voiles on the windows for a little privacy in the room with the offices straight across

Would not return.

Liked: Centrally located. Housekeeping staff lovely and friendly.
Disliked: Most of the staff interactions were cold and uncomfortable. Reception staff watched me struggle hauling heavy bags up entry steps with no offer to assist upon arrival. Breakfast overpriced for value. Rooms looked directly into another building covered in scaffolding and was directly above trash pickup route.

Great location. Bed was amazing...

Liked: Decor was very aesthetically pleasing and fresh.
Disliked: Some bits looked unfinished. Which was the look but just didn’t fit.

Excellent location and very attentive...

Liked: Excellent location and staff.
Disliked: Check in could have been a bit faster if there was more desks.Breakfast was too expensive therefore we passed.
