Great location, basic rooms for...

Liked: The location was great, the beds were comfortable and friendly staff.
Disliked: The rooms are lacking a wow factor for the price, industrial look makes the rooms look half finished. Only one elevator was in use. Meat options on the breakfast were quite low quality. They were having problems with information coming through from booking.com. It was very expensive for what you got.

Not a great stay

Liked: The location was good, very close to St Peter's Square tram station. The room decor was very nice.
Disliked: The pillows were so uncomfortable, very lumpy. My husband and I really struggled to sleep. Such a shame because the room, shower, and bed were all so good but such a small thing ruined our stay.Also the breakfast wasn't good. It was set out in the foyer of the hotel.

Lovely 1 night stay

Liked: Bed was.comfy.Bathroom was spacious and clean.
Disliked: There were no plugs or usb plugs near the bed the pillows were smaller than expected

Ideally placed for sightseeing around...

Disliked: Fire alarm early Friday morning!!!!!

Liked: Friendly staff, Very helpful, stored our luggage no problem,which was a great help.
Disliked: Unfortunately a function in the room below out bedroom had a Xmas party, with the Disco blarring until midnight...not the fault of the staff ,thankfully it didn't go on any later.

Would stay again with earplugs...

Liked: Comfortable huge bed, room clean. Staff very pleasant
Disliked: The shower noise going through our bedroom above our heads not good and air conditioning very noisy so could not use in the night. Breakfast didn’t arrive, staff apologetic then it arrived cold
