Liked: Staff were friendly. Room was big and clean. Everything worked as you’d expect. Overall no complaints.
Disliked: Don’t serve pork for breakfast, so no sausages or bacon. This is probably displayed somewhere, however I never checked prior to going. Not a deal deal breaker, just slightly odd (never come across this before tbh). Location slightly out the way, but in walking distance. Parking costs £14.50 a night!

Disliked: Car park was charged at £14.50 for one night when in most hotels it’s included in the stay. Considering the price of the hotel around how this is a joke.

Amazing stay in Manchester!

Liked: We loved our room so much we felt tempted to never leave! The bed and the sofa were really comfortable, we had a big bathtub and the TV had streaming services available. Even though we only stayed for one night, the room is perfect for longer stays as it had everything we could need: kitchen, iron, etc. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious with a bunch of different options. The location is also pretty nice, there's a free bus that takes you from Manchester Piccadilly to a location very close to the hotel. If we ever return to Manchester, we're definitely booking here again.
Disliked: The shower gel was empty.

Liked: Staff were very nice and helpful location was perfect and easy to find, nice to be able to park my car as that made me feel secure.
Disliked: I do think that the couch in the room should be replaced immediately because the awful deep visible scratches on the leather arms let down the whole appearance of the room really badly, Ive seen better couches thrown away!

Very expensive and disappointing.

Liked: Location was perfect for what we were doing in town and we have stayed there previously.
Disliked: The room was in need of refreshing,especially carpet and sofa,stained and damaged.
