Liked: The hotel is beautiful. It has an old time feel to it. The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wallpaper is gorgeous and the little details in the hotel are very unique and fun.
Disliked: To start, there is NO close parking. You have to valet or walk half a block to a large parking garage. The sheets were scratchy and loud. The bed itself was hard and the pillows were too thin and very uncomfortable. There is no ventilation in the bathroom (shower steams up the mirror and the toilet room... well there is no fan.) For over $400 a night, it was not worth it in our opinion. There are plenty of other options in St. George.

Liked: Excellent vibe, decor, restaurant and staff! Great location! Valet service was prompt and friendly. Get the laminated biscuits at WAR! So good!
Disliked: We had a second floor balcony room. It was nice and the balcony was huge but inside the windows are limited and the room felt dark. I would spring for a higher floor and larger suite next time.

Liked: Location, quality, atmosphere, breakfast, bar, room.
Disliked: Cleaning carts in the hallways, doors to maintenance areas are open. Cleaning ladies walking around, not greeting, but busy talking to each other. Kind of amateurish for a hotel in this category, they definitely need training and see something of the hotel world outside of Utah.
