Disliked: putting out the 'green' no need for new towels every day, meant no clean tea cups or top up or doing any vacuuming, which is not quite the same thing.

Pleasant experience from walking through...

Liked: Staff were exceptional both when we arrived and at breakfast/check out. We arrived in the evening and had booked a twin room but the room reserved for us was a double and the hotel was full. As we were 2 blokes traveling together to go to Cadwell Park we really needed the twin. It was no problem at all for the staff to reconfigure the room and even gave us a pint each to drink in the bar whilst it was being done. A potential issue handled exceptionally well and in a friendly and professional manner. Well done Jenny and the team

Beautiful Oldy Worldy hotel

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! The location was perfect and there was plenty of on site parking.
Disliked: The only thing I would change is how hot the bedrooms were! The towel rail in the bathroom was scorching hot to touch and you couldn’t turn it off, it made the whole room very very warm.
