Liked: Love the location, love the rooms, super comfortable, staff is great as well
Disliked: Everything was great until we got our car back. We used the valet service provided by the hotel, got in, parked at a lot as we wanted to grab lunch. We noticed a bag was missing from the front passenger seat floor and then we noticed a few other bags missing which we found odd as we used valet and assumed our car was locked and safe. We went back to the hotel to express our concerns and they said this has never happened before which I get, but there is a first for everything. They were cooperative and unfortunately we had to get the police involved as the items taken were over $100.00. It was disappointing as we thought our car would be safe but they do not have cameras in their valet lot and we are sure they did not lock our car as they should have. Maybe install cameras and maybe have your staff double check. It will be a while, if ever, we go back. It could have been avoided if the staff member who parked our car had double checked to make sure thw car was locked. Very upset and frustrated

Elegant intimate Historic Hotel in...

Liked: Beautiful historically- restored hotel. Pretty rooms with crown molding, huge bathrooms, nice towels, great in room refrigerator with snacks included. Nice staff at checkin- Josh was especially great! Great location in walking distance to many restaurants.
Disliked: Need to add a place to plug in iPad /phone and small table to leave a drink or book by bed. Pretty pricey.
