good but could've been better

Liked: Staff was great. Room was nice.Where we needed to be
Disliked: A little pricey off season for valet/parking.. TV wouldnt get local channels. Unable to watch the end of the game from my room

Liked: Beautiful accommodations exceptionally friendly staff, five star restaurant and pet friendly. I cannot wait to come back.
Disliked: I loved everything about the property however, it would’ve been nice if there was a pool, sauna

Saratoga Stunning!!

Liked: In room bathroom was my favorite, everything is heated which is perfect for winter.
Disliked: Salt and Char was closed for the month but totally understandable since it was for renovations. Can’t wait to see the updates!

Liked: Loved this place. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Bathrooms were amazing. Food at the restaurant was exceptional. Loved the games room and the tv room. Excellent location on the Main Street.

Liked: Love the location, love the rooms, super comfortable, staff is great as well
Disliked: Everything was great until we got our car back. We used the valet service provided by the hotel, got in, parked at a lot as we wanted to grab lunch. We noticed a bag was missing from the front passenger seat floor and then we noticed a few other bags missing which we found odd as we used valet and assumed our car was locked and safe. We went back to the hotel to express our concerns and they said this has never happened before which I get, but there is a first for everything. They were cooperative and unfortunately we had to get the police involved as the items taken were over $100.00. It was disappointing as we thought our car would be safe but they do not have cameras in their valet lot and we are sure they did not lock our car as they should have. Maybe install cameras and maybe have your staff double check. It will be a while, if ever, we go back. It could have been avoided if the staff member who parked our car had double checked to make sure thw car was locked. Very upset and frustrated
