Weekend in Glasgow

Liked: Location, the room and the staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor so it made the hotel poor value for money.

Disliked: Sauna was poor value for money Was also over charged by £230 which was refunded but only when i asked for the price to be double checked

Liked: Upgraded room. Staff were brilliant.
Disliked: No city view from room but didn't impact much. Room was great.

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Quiet bedroom.
Disliked: No warm plates at breakfast. Hot food and stone cold plates. The signage in the corridors left a lot to be desired - signs for the lift were very confusing and seemed to point away from the elevator...

Good but wouldn’t return

Liked: Good location and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Was stuff still in the bins from previous person staying, was charged £50 “holding fee” that wasn’t explained before booking, wellness suite was a rip off and not as pictured atall, and it’s only 45 min not an hour.

Nice hotel - but skip...

Disliked: Awful breakfast. Grey eggs, anaemia sausages, coffee from a machine; nothing cooked to order. At £15 a head, a total rip off
