Sensational

Liked: Middle of city centre so close to everything, staff were the best really nice and helpfulRooms were perfect had to book a extra 2 hours before checking out
Disliked: Only downfall was my kettle didn’t work :(Still got help from the staff and tea from the bar so not a issue

Will never stay there ever...

Liked: Bad value for money it’s cold and the showers are awful
Disliked: Customer service is really poor, the breakfast is not very good, much better places to eat outside of hotel. Coffee is really bad and the facilities in the room to make a drink are poor

Perfect stay for a Glasgow...

Liked: It is the perfect location from which to explore Glasgow! Rooms are reasonably spacious, great vibey restaurant downstairs. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was good quality but the same every day.
