Pleasant

Liked: The room was clean. The double bed was very big and comfortable.
Disliked: The bedrooms need some tlc, the bathroom grout was falling off and the bath board wasn’t fixed appropriately to the bath. The corridor was very noisy at night.

Enjoyable stay in a convenient...

Liked: Only had the continental and there was very little choice and availability
Disliked: I think anything that could be better was just down to my personal taste . For example I found the pillows way too soft and the duvet too thick which meant it wasn't a great night's sleep but other people may prefer that .

Always a nice stay at...

Liked: The staff are very friendly. It’s great location for going to concert in 3Arena or for City centre.
Disliked: The hotel and room were clean, but there was a stale smell in the room on arrival and of food when we returned from the night out!
