Liked: Room; breakfast; social distancing for the pool; posted elevator protocol.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! I was surprised at the full service. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that the egg mix was dairy-free, since I can't have dairy. The staff were also so sweet to put the presents my boyfriend bought for me in our room ahead of time. It was so nice!
Disliked: The bed was too firm in spots and too light in the middle. It seemed a bit worn out. Otherwise, the room was super nice.

Older hotel that could use...

Liked: The staff was very nice and was accommodating in holding a birthday cake until we were ready. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious.
Disliked: The swimming pool was in an open area of the lobby. Even though it had a fence around it but I would've preferred more privacy. There was a wood ramp to go to the seating area by the fireplace and it wasn't covered and didn't seem safe.
