The first room did not...

Liked: Nice size room. Nice location. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: When I booked the room online, it said I had a room on the 1st floor. When I checked in I was given a key for the 3rd floor. When I told the young lady I booked a room on the 1st floor, she checked the system and said there were no more rooms on the first floor. When I got to the room on the 3rd floor, there was dried up urine on the toilet seat. There was also something on top of the bed sheets (when I pulled back the covers) that appeared to be a piece of a ripped used condom. I went back down to the lobby and told the girl at the front desk about both of these issues. She gave me a new room on the 2nd floor.

Liked: I liked that the property was clean on the inside and outside and how the room was ready to go.

Disliked: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel this year, there is mold in the bathroom last time I stayed and I complained. And this time there was mold in the bathroom shower again. The soap dispensers were not full just like the last time. For the price this problem should have been fixed.
